Refund Policy

The outdoor volleyball tournament will likely NOT be cancelled because of a little rain. We have had a good turnout for all our tournaments played in or around the rain and expect many teams will play in those conditions. Please bring an extra set of warm clothes and an umbrella so you’re not miserable while officiating.

Of course, if you do not want to play in the tournament and have already pre-registered we will gladly refund your money. You must request any refunds by e-mail to and include a copy of your order number which you received in a confirmation e-mail message. You will need to call if you never received that e-mail. Any refund given to a pre-registered team will be credited to the same credit card used during registration.

No refunds will be granted to any team participating after their pool has begun. If the tournament director determines we can not continue because of persistent lightning storms, a flooded field, or any other unsafe condition we may pause the tournament for thirty minutes to an hour to see whether it is safe to continue. If conditions do not get better, the format of the tournament may be changed to games of “rock, paper, scissors” to determine who takes home the prizes. All prizes will still be awarded in every division.

If we have to cancel the event in advance, we will notify those who have pre-registered by e-mail. Please check this website for updated announcements, as well. If an event is cancelled in advance, we will issue a full refund to all pre-registered individuals.
